Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is a great way of enjoying being on the ocean and also staying in great shape whilst having a lot of fun alone or with your friends and family. Our aim is to provide you with a safe and fun learning experience. We have a great team of instructors to help you in and out of the water. We offer stand up paddle board classes/lessons for individuals, families, groups, events, stag & hen parties (Bachelor & Bachelorette parties)

The Cascais area has a fantastic and stunning coastline to explore with the paddle boards or by foot on land. Cascais is a fashionable town with great restaurants, shops, marina and lots of other things to do and see in the area. The lighthousel is the highlight discovery point of Cascais, our team will make sure you have a great tour with all the safety.
